Interview
The interview was simple and straightforward. They asked yo to discuss past clinical scenarios. They had nurse peers in the interview as well as charge nurse. This was a group and one on one interview.

How have you reacted with a pressured nuring scenario in the past?
Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
