I was set up for a phone interview that the recruiter forgot about, then called a week later to schedule again. I had a face to face interview and that was it, I never heard anything else. Not even a denial. So you kind of just wait in limbo on whether you got the position or not. I would suggest not waiting around on Baylor to offer you a job, because I've heard from inside sources that it's very hard to get in.
