Scenario based questions, relatively easy. I did some preparing with scenarios to pull from and didn’t feel unprepared. Came with lots of questions as well.
I did hear back from the recruiter quickly.

Interview
The first step in the interview process was a phone screen interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very informative and responsive. She asked me a few typical interview questions, and explained all about the unit, salary, and briefly discussed the benefits.
The second step was an interview with the hiring manager and her team. I interviewed with two people, but the recruiter explained the interview panel could be up to 4 people. The hiring manager was very pleasant and made the interview a comfortable conversation.

They asked me several behavioral questions, mostly related to clinical experiences, and a few questions to test my clinical knowledge.

Interview
There were 6 people that were involved in the interview process, which included the ICU unit managers, the educators, and the ICU director. The interview started off in a group setting and then moved to one-on-one stages with all of the interviewers. A tour of the unit and an introduction to charge nurses was included as well.

The general strengths and weaknesses were asked, as were how your personality would fit on the unit. Also, they gave scenarios and you were to answer how you would respond in the situation.
