I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied on a Wednesday; received an email for a phone interview with the recruiter on Thursday. I interviewed with the recruiter via phone on Friday. Interviewed with the hiring manager on Tuesday and received my offer of employment on Wednesday. The F2F interview with the hiring manager was very casual and laid back. No tricky/tough questions, just the basic "tell me about yourself", "describe a negative situation where you handled it and made it positive. The rest of the questions where about my skills and previous job history. After the interview, I received a tour of the unit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
After being emailed about setting up an interview within a set window I had to reschedule three time and the recruiter had gone out of office for days and then upon returning told me the position was offered to someone I never even had to opportunity to interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Temple, TX) in Sept 2024
Interview
Initial interview was a phone in interview followed by a virtual interview. It only took 10 minutes or less. The interview was like four or five questions all in all. Nice flowing. Easy.

Question 1
Describe your previous role?
Why do you want to work with us?
Phone screener never reached back to me. The organization felt poor with the job feedback system. I applied to several roles but was ghosted from nearly all of them. Their job application section of the website is poorly made too.
