The interview was an assessment day lasting a whole morning. It included behavioural interview, a role play, and a business case.
The behavioural interview was a typical HR interview, with questions about you motivation and past experiences. The role play is a conversation regarding a difficult situation where you need to act as an employee. The case interview was an interviewer-led (McKinsey style) interview.

Got a lot of qualitative questions. The questions were oriented to team working like your team work experience or did a roll play with a hr staff . The scenario assumed that I am a senior consultant who needed help of a colleague when the colleague is not favorable.

Die Gespräche waren nett und alle Mitarbeiter waren höflich. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung positiv - leider habe ich in einem Case nicht den richtigen Zugang gefunden und würde somit nicht genommen.
