Interview process was disorganized. It was rescheduled a few times, they gave me a project and test on excel. Didn't come back to check in for almost 45-min, It took me 15 min to complete the excel test. Overall the demeanor of the controller interviewing me was full of red flags. Also, be ready to climb multiple flight of stairs.
