You will be lied to for about an hour. Then come in for another session of lies. Then, start the job and think about calling your old boss and begging to work at your old place.
Two interviews. Sat down with office manager and was asked preliminary interview questions and some experience based questions. Then invited to a second interview where I met with an account manager who took me to a coffee shop and asked similar competitive/sports minded questions and went over job details.

What is your background in sports? Are you a competitive person?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bay City Connections (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018
Interview
Waited around an hour with four other candidates. Quickly began to realize that it was a little bit fishy. I went a long with it, but was extremely honest.
Although the job was misleading, people were very nice and respectful (aside from the timing issues).

Question 1
Questions were very basic. Seemed like they had already made up their mind on a candidate.. also job title was extremely misleading.. I think they just want to do outside sales and hire people to sell make up. If that's what you're into that's great, but be very careful on the role you want and their role they're actually going to give you.
