First there were two screening phone interviews, one by recruiter and then one by the founder and the CTO of Battlefy. The second interview was about 1 hour long. The interview consisted of questions for positions listed on my resume: i) explains ii)accomplishment iii) result iv) challenges v) relation with boss vi) teamwork and interaction with others After that they send a link for Coding Challenge . Challenge has to part: i) They provide description and ask for code in JavaScript ii) they provide some description and some JavaScript code and ask to find and solve some bugs (with maximum 3 line of code changing). they give 50 minute for both parts. Next day I receive email and they polity said "I am sorry to inform you that Battlefy has decided not to pursue you at this time. They have chosen to move forward with another candidate who they feel is a better fit. If for some reason that changes, I will definitely let you know!" It was my first interview in Canada and now I know what was my mistakes in the interview.
