It was a panel interview with the department staff. That can cause some stress, but they were very nice and straight forward. I was surprised to get the offer for the job. I didn't think my experience matched the job requirements.

Simple formal interview. Discussed experience relating to the role for the first stage interview. Interview proceeded to second stage. Also discussed the role and the requirements for the role. Staff appear friendly.
