General questions about your resume and past experience, how you feel about selling and interacting with customers daily, how you can handle time management, difficult customers, how to make a sale. Sometimes they role play as customers so be prepared for that!

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
