I think it was an easy interview. It was my first ever interview, so I was anxious, but it was fairly easy. I had applied for a regular associate job, not just seasonal. I was asked some basic questions like why I wanted to join their team and what were my favorite scents, just to prove knowledge of their products. It was a quick interview and by far most easiest interview I have had.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
