It takes 2 days they have to send you the promotion same day and then you accept and you schedule when to go in to do paperwork. And then you go in a day later and watch videos and then you start most shift new hires get are 3 there first day

It was a very unprepared and unprofessional interview. She was using a notebook guideline and constantly saying "I'm sorry I haven't done this before" she had only been with the company less than a month so she was not prepared to do interviews. I felt like this was the first time she had ever done any type of interview but she claims to have history of management before. I just didn't see it with her because she was so far out of her comfort zone.
