I applied for a Sales Associate position online and got hired during a phone interview. It was a very relaxed and easy process. The store manager emailed me asking if I was available for a 15-30min phone interview the next day. the interview lasted for about 30min.

questions involved your availability, experience, knowledge of the product, and how you would sell them to customers
Met with the manager and discussed sales techniques and hourly availability. Interview was about 20 minutes then interviewed the next day with another manager. Everything was pretty casual and straight forward.
Short interview with manager after approaching asking for a holiday position. She sat down with me and her main cashier at the time to ask questions and see if I was a good fit.
