I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Tigard, OR) in Oct 2013
Interview
I printed an application from the website and dropped off with the hiring manager. She immediately offered me four choices for a group interview time for the next week, so I picked one and set-up the interview then. The group interview was myself and another girl; questioned were pretty general about how we would help customers, what our interests were, past job experiences, etc. Got a call the next evening offering me a seasonal sales associate position.

Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
