I turned in a paper application which was printed and filled out from BBW's website. Exactly 3 weeks later I was contacted for an interview which was scheduled for the very next day. I arrived 15 minutes early, and I was instructed to browse the floor while i was waiting to interview with the store manager. She finally arrived. I was asked questions regarding availability, past experience, and why I wanted to work there. She made it seem like she was going to hire me, but I never received a call back.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
