I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Athens, GA)
Interview
Submitted a paper application, called in for an interview, asked a few questions about my experience, my schedule, and several questions about the products the company offers. Be prepared to discuss your favorite products (and be current!), what you know about the company, and what you expect to get out of your job experience. I was offered a position, and had simple paperwork to fill out. And watched an easy set of training videos. Totally painless and professional process.
