Interview
I waited for people to interview me that took about 25 minutes. Then interviewed with fishing manager, he asked a few simple questions. Then i had an interview with the boating manager and pretty much got the job and old me what i would be doing. Then met with a woman and told me about how i would get the backround check and drug test.
Applied online, but I didn't get a call for a couple of weeks. Eventually did and had a super informal interview and was offered the job on the spot. I've already worked there in the past so they didnt ask many questions.

Interview
The interview format was rather informal. I met with a hiring manager who asked a few basic questions about my previous work experience, availability during the holiday season, and my interest in seasonal job. The conversation lasted around 5-10 minutes.
