pretty basic interview process. they ask you questions about pass employment. just trying to see if you are a fit for the company or culture. I had 4 interviews. one with the manager i was going to be working for, one with the operations manager, one with HR, and one with the GM

Describe a time where you had to make a difficult life decision
Informal interview on the spot at the corporate office. Was offered a job. The interview was one on one. Quickly got me into an orientation class. Printed my ID badge immediately.

Quick in person interview asking basic questions about my knowledge of the industry and customer base. Was over before I even knew it. They hire fast because people quit fast due to it being an awful job filled with racist people.
