Base interview questions

The toxic company reviews are true, and the treatment carries over into job interviews. I was slated for 30 minutes, but then was told the day of the interview that I was only getting 15 minutes. Seems like there was a preconceived agenda before having a conversation with me. It was obvious that my resume was not reviewed before the call. If my resume was reviewed, the hiring manager would have known that I have experience targeting their ICP. Also, really never good practice to gender bias a candidate during an interview. One company review refers to it, and it did happen during the interview. No need to go into detail, but it does happen here.
