Interviewers were nice and it took a month to get back with an offer. Basically just like a coffee chat and sharing your experience as well as your idea on how to solve their business problem
Easy interview, asked to tell about yourself and experience. Interviewers were friendly. Asked about what you would do with an upset guest and other common interview questions. Did not have to wait long to be interviewed.

Interview
First they scheduled an interview. Then they sent me a rejection letter. They still called me for the phone interview. I was a bit confused. Especially since the phone call lasted maybe 3 minutes. Recruiting process seems a bit discombobulated. It would be better if they didn't even waste my time with the texts and emails and interview only to dismiss it all so quickly. Definitely would make me wary of moving forward with this company.
