Barry Plant Real Estate interview questions

Interviewer was nice but their salary offer is significantly lower than other companies including other real-estate offices in the area. They did not advertise the salary, which was under 50K per annum. so I feel that writing a cover letter/interviewing just to be presented a very low non-negotiable salary is not respectful of applicant's time.

Very informal, interviewer was eating snacks while asking questions. Lasted approximately 10 minutes. Many personal questions were asked, very little to do with past experience. Interviewer asked a few questions regarding previous employer and how office was managed.
