Really quick and easy - two in person interviews, if you are really wanting the role I would say overdress and over prepare responses about professionalism - everyone was very nice and friendly
The interview overall was Informal and was centered more around personality traits than experience. The interviewer valued strong community employee culture. The interview process was simple online although they used paper forms for application in person which i find to be repetitive and exclusive of neurodivergent individuals. Overall the experience was upbeat and professional.

I came in with my application, waited for my turn. Was seen, the person interviewing me went over my resume and told me a little about the company and then asked me to tell them a little about myself.
