Applied over the phone and arranged an interview with the general manager for a couple days later, interview was a nice low pressure chat outside in the summer. This was in 2022

Casual chat with the manager about my previous experience and my personal interests/ background. It was very informal and relaxed, the manager made me feel very comfortable and I was offered a trail shift straight away. Overall experience was pleasant, I think they are looking for someone who is smiley and confident rather than someone who has a lot of experience.
