Interview
Applied online, and completed online assessment, the online assessment gave you different situations and then you had the state the most and least likely answer. There was also a number compare test where you had to select the identical code of numbers and letters which was timed. Was then invited to a one to one interview. Barclay's sends a guide on what you will be getting tested on and mine was Candidate Competency Guide (BA1 – BA4) and i was tested on Interpersonal skills, Control Environment, and Technical Skills. Very much give an example when... questions. Think there were 6 main questions with 4 sub questions for each.

Question 1
When have you followed clear instructions to complete a procedure? When have you dealt with an issue with a customer and how did you deal with it? When working in a team how did you communicate with others to complete the task? When have you followed rules and regulations to reduce risk? Why was this important? What might happen if you didn't? Give an example of when you have recommended a digital service to a college and how did this help them? How have you built up relationships with colleagues? Give an example of when you've learned something new about yourself in the job? How did you adapt these skills to other situations? Others but cant remember them.
