Typical interview questions mixed with behavioral and what if scenarios. Met with max 2 people. The process took 2 weeks for offer letter and one week for background and drug test to clear.
Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
