Explain case study that was sent on MI and reporting
The over application process is standard.
However, the response time is quite long. It could go without any feedback (even rejection) for months.
For senior jobs it is not a good experience.
7 interviews covering various competencies separately with the final one with the Line Manager. However, covering one competency individually allows one to get into the depths and useful for the candiates and employer.
