Applied on indeed … in one day I got a call back … set up an interview a week later due to a holiday … meet with the manger over the PCMs … she didn’t come off rude or anything but … she tried to get me in a lesser role like the person who assist the PCMs … which I thought was disrespectful… because I’m already coming in with healthcare management experience and with my last position I have had plenty of experience working with PI and workers comp cases … so this role was a good match for me ……nonetheless didn’t get the job…. Another thing I notice while there … there wasn’t any African American people … I only saw one black person and he was working the front desk … others was white or Hispanic… I have I applied here twice and able to get interviews and did very well … but you need be a certain race ( white or Hispanic) or have a particular look to work there…I will never apply here again.
