Met with one of the managers, he asked a few questions. Did this 3 separate times with 3 separate people. (all of whom copied and lost my paperwork). It seemed no one talked to each other because each person I met had no idea I was coming in, or why I was there.

Pretty simple, got a call. Went in and talked to the manager and a few hours later I got the offer. Pretty simple process and the manager was nice if a little energetic. He went over the basic things that’d happen and gave a good insight into the operations.

Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. The test taking is what makes it a bit difficult since you have to memorize all the ingredients and specialty drinks, Blackberry mojito taste great but get someone to order 5 at a time...not fun.
