I applied online. I interviewed at Baptist Health South Florida
Interview
I applied online and one week later I received a call from one of the recruiters asking me to come in for a filing/typing test and a preliminary interview. The interview was very straight forward. The recruiter asked me about myself, went over the core roles of the job and then asked me standard situational interview questions.
The hardest part of the whole process was actually getting the interview. The amount of cronyism at Baptist is ridiculous. If you don't have a friend or family member that works at Baptist, getting a face to face with a recruiter is next to impossible. smh
