Interview
Interview was not bad, but this facility has implementing a new process. It requires that I had to interview with the nurse manager, the assistant nurse managers, and director. So I basically just interviewed in a group first then one on one with the director of that floor. Advice is to show a lot of personality that's what they really looking for.
Very thorough and efficient, overall positive experience. Units at hiring day were very friendly and welcoming throughout the interview. I would recommend interviewing here if you are looking for a positive first experience for your first registered nurse job interview out of school, and see all that Baptist has to offer as a New Grad Nurse.
I had a very difficult time scheduling an interview with the recruiter. I had to show up to the job fair to get an interview where I was hired almost immediately
all interviewer can listen to the applicant clearly, it's a perfect journey, also, they can respect which kind of unit that i want to go and discuss with me. all of the manager are pretty easy going and the environment and vibe is pretty good
