I was contacted by a recruiter whom I had given my resume to at the Toronto Job Fair. I had a phone interview with her, where she asked me some questions about my availability, etc. Following the talk, she said she would send me information for an online test, and if I did well she would contact me for an in-person interview. I never received the information for the test.

There was one phone interview, one in person interview with manager and one assessment. Overall it was pretty easy. They just want to get to know you and see if you're able to work in a busy environment.
