Banque Laurentienne Accounting Analyst interview questions

Very unprofessional interview. The job posting did not list it was a 6 month contract. HR was very nice and professional and throughout the process, however the hiring manager was very rude and unprofessional. He called my current job/industry easy and “a joke” compared to the role. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late to the interview. They also put their employees at risk of COVID-19 by making them go in the office, 2 weeks each month. This manager also mentioned that his employees are working overtime throughout the entire year not just busy season. Stay away from this position, the company does not care about their employees health and well-being. They will not even offer employees permanent positions only contract extensions. They expect you to go in office, work overtime all the time and will not pay you sick time if you get sick. On top of that, they mentioned they track performance by “attendance”. Meaning if you are sick or burned out, you are at risk of poor performance. Avoid this hiring manager and this company.
