2 Phone screens, 1 in person interview. First phone screen was based on my background, whether I had compounding experience, Q & A about the job (no benefits, floater, fixed 19 USD without opportunity for raise, PRN shifts). Probing of long term goals.
Second phone screen was scheduling my second interview and probing into my recent pharmacy experience. They are gauging passion and purpose and alignment with your long term goals.
In person interview, you sit in a waiting room till you are called, go into a conference room.
Very nice recruiter and I had a 1 on 1 interview. It was a pleasant experience, and all behavioral questions. I dressed business attire (pumps, pantyhose, collared buttton down, suit jacket, hair in a bun, minimal makeup), smiled a lot, made eye contact. write down key points so I don't wander. I got the offer right after the interview. I was taken to a room to fill out paperwork on a computer and wait for a drug screen to be requested in the next 2 days. Then, I was asked to go to employee occupational health the next week to do blood draws, urine test, and TB test, as well as TB mask fitting, color test. Bring immunization records. After that, in a few weeks, I was invited to orientation.
