I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Banner Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2020
Interview
I interviewed with two people. It lasted about 15 minutes and one of them gave me a short tour afterwards. They asked me about my education and then 5 behavioral questions. I made sure to bring two updated copies of my resume and dressed professionally. They warned me about seeing some graphic things while on the job and that I will be delivering deceased patients to the morgue.

Question 1
Why do you think you’d be a good fit for this role?
Phone interview then in person one on one interview they asked pretty simple questions and were respectful. There was only one question that I did not expect and it was describe a time where you didn’t follow company policy or it was difficult for you to.
Fairly easy-going despite questions about moral decisions in terms of how you would respond to conflicts between employees, patients, and situations. Very low-stress environment. Took over a month after the initial interview to be confirmed as having landed the job (actually 2 weeks for this) and getting a schedule. This is not uncommon, coworkers have told me they experienced the same so don't feel discouraged, just don't quit your job after they tell you you're on the company payroll until you actually get a schedule!
