Applied online, got a call from recruiter and she asked about my work experience and hope it relates to the job I'm applying for, Then got scheduled for a interview eith manager. Interviewed with manager, supervisor, and lead of the department.

It was a short, over the phone interview. They asked my background with knowing inventory, my work history and what my expect salary was. This interview took about 20 minutes and then I was immediately offered the position.
