The interviews are behavior based questions. It may be that you get more tgan one i terview depending on the position. Pretty easy overall, the interviews last about 45 mins

Tell me about a time you didnt get a long with some one.
Behavioral interview with 3 managers: the day supervisor, evening supervisor, and the overall lab manager. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. It was somewhat challenging but they are forgiving
I had a phone interview with the dept manager and a couple of supervisors. The interview was not very stressful and they were super nice. The questions were behavioral questions, what would do in this situation.
