Interview with HR, team head and department head. They asked basic questions as RM, but they do not seems very serious and decent, they told candidates which RM went to their bank for interview.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of Communications (Hong Kong)

2 interviewers, pretty smooth, ask about past experience and technical skills. Introduced about the job position and the opportunities, mainly the clients focused and the existing deals. I shared the client group that i focused in the past experience of working.
