Interview
I firstly had the application form submitted online and the system directly gave me a video interview to complete within 5 days. Then there will be a phone interview followed. There are no online tests for the Spring Week Program of Bank of America.

It was a 3 or 4 question hirevue interview. Allowed 30 seconds to prepeare each asnwer before answering the question for 3 minutes. I did this after an online assessmnet
15 minutes 5 questions, 30 seconds before every question to think, 2 minutes per question to respond but don’t have to use up full time. Done on HireVue through application portal.
