Interview
You will be contacted through email primarily, and only by the recruiter. First they will send you an email that it went to the hiring manager, then if it passes the hiring manager you will get an email that you will or have been contacted for an interview. After that you will meet with either the BCM and/or the Market Manager for the interview. If all goes well at this point you will be contacted at any time from the same day, up to 1 week later.

The questions were fairly easy. They were all based around past experiences, and times that you've coached people.
3 rounds of interview
First one is the technical round with questions from projects, SQL and sas
Second round is with manager. Revolves around your project and domain knowledge.
Third round is with US manager

The interviewer was very considerate and kept encouraging me. The questions were difficult but I got to learn a lot after the interview. The questions were related the job profile i was interviewing for.

There are various levels of interviews. Starting with the written exam and progressing to the HR round. If selected, there will be two or three further rounds of interviews, before salary negotiation.
