Typical review process - started with a phone call interview, followed by in person interview with several different people representing several different positions the job would interact with. Not a hard interview and the people were good to talk to and provided good conversation and feedback so you weren't the only person talking.

"Why did you leave your last job?" - Always a question I get and the truth lies somewhere between it sucked or I had a better opportunity some place else. Both answers reveal that I could leave their job at the drop of a dime if it suck.

Interview with manager and asked about my experience. It went well and 3 round. Asked about customer experience. Talked about a situation which was hard . Then last question was why do you want to work with us.
Received the invite, 3 rounds of interviews, they were looking for a candidate with in depth knowledge of a very specific field and interviewed me till the final stage even though I did not have the exact knowledge, only to reject at the end for that reason.
