I applied for Bank Of America and received a phone call from a recruiter. He asked basic questions like why did I want to work for Bank of America. After successfully passing that screening he scheduled me for a career fair Bank Of America was having. I attended the event and was interviewed by a manager. About a week after I received a phone call from a recruiter who asked more questions about my experience and availability.I had to fill out a background and employment verification form. I was then scheduled an interview at a local branch. I successful passed that interview and a week later was offered the position. I really loved the branch I went to interview at.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
