The position was a part time one so I was screened to make sure I was ok with it. I was then sent an email to fill out an extensive background check going back to 10 years. After the background check another email was sent out to do an online Teller scenario test; where you had to count the drawer, give back proper change, etc. It's a time sensitive test so make sure you have a fast connection, otherwise the time will continue while trying to go to the next question putting a handicap on your test taking. The second call was to inform about time and date of the face to face interview. Once I sat down with the branch manager, she asked simple behavioral questions such as: when did you have to deal with a customer where the outcome was not what you wanted or the client wanted. I haven't gotten an offer yet and it's been a week since the interview. I'm hoping this week they'll contact me. Good luck to everyone!

Straightforward, they get to the point of how strong is your customer service kung-fu and what your sales record entails. They ask a lot of general bank questions to make sure you know your banking products. My manager also questioned me about my own interests and about myself to see if I would be a fit with the other coworkers. Great interview process overall.
