Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Felt like it was really important for them to find the right person for the position and the bank’s culture. Made sure to answer all of my questions.
Detailed, robust interview process. Met many people and learned about the culture and DNA of the organization. Had to take a test as part of the process. It was time consuming interview process but it was good.

Interview
I was contacted by an HR rep about the role and had an initial phone screening. An interview was scheduled with the department manager the following week. The interview was pleasant and short.
While the interview was not successful, I receiving great feedback and that was priceless.
