Very professional, friendly, and efficient. I interviewed with the Program Manager, followed by the Executive Director 2 weeks later. Offer made on the spot and started the next day. Loved how dedicated and brilliant were the people working there.

Very basic interview - talked to the director, about my previous experiences, what I thought made me a good fit for the position. I got the position offered on the spot, but got the impression that they did not have any other candidates. In hindsight, this was a red flag.

I applied by email and was offered an interview by email 3 days later from the person I would be working for. I went to their office and was interviewed by two people. It lasted about 20 minutes and they said they would let me know after looking over more candidates. They called me 2 hours later offering me the job.
