There are competency based situational interviews and most of the questions follow the STAR method. You will be assessed after the competencies of the role with multiple scenario based questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BanglaCAT (Dhaka) in Feb 2021
Interview
First they had written exam which contained mostly multiple choice questions on engineering, maths, aptitude questions. Focus was given on engine related question. There was a focus group discussion where we had to present a poster on a specific topic. There was a final interview at the end.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BanglaCAT (Dhaka) in Oct 2018
Interview
There will be two interviews. In some cases it may be three. The first session will be with the HR and Mid Level Management Team and the second or third will be with the higher management.
