The practice Manager was very nice; explained everything to the T. Did warn that this position does involve sales. At the beginning of the interview I was little nervous; I did express this. And the Manager did change how she asked questions. She stated that she doesn’t fully go off the standard questions. She likes to really get to know the candidate.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
