I found the job posting on a career website and applied online. I was approached by the recruiting team/ human resources team and gave a brief introductory interview. this was followed by a phone interview with the practice manager and then an in person interview with the head veterinary doctor of the proposed job location. I was offered the job next week.

Although the interview is lengthy, the time and effort put in the interview process is well worth it...ensuring Banfield is mutually a good fit regarding a working environment. The entire interview process can take 3-4 weeks...starting with an online application, then a one on one interview and lastly, a "working" interview,(4 hours unpaid for each to access compatibility and skills). Afterwards, if all is well, a final background check and a job offer is made.
