I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (Louisville, KY) in May 2016
Interview
I applied and about a week later I was called to set up a phone interview. Two days later I had my phone interview and they didn't call so I had to call them after 15 minutes. They asked me a little bit about why I wanted to work there but it was mostly them telling me about banfield. That lasted about 30 min and then I set up an in-person interview. Mostly questions about my past experiences and then I did a short tour of the hospital. Got called a couple of days later and offered job.

Interview
The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Interview
The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
