Direct recruitment. Give your CV to branch manager. He will ask basic details and analyse your character and mostly select you when required. After that they will provide you the offer cum appointment letter. This appointment letter will not be provided in candidate mail but in branch email I'd and hard copy will be given to candidate for signing.
