I had a phone interview followed by an in-person one. Both were pretty standard and didn't take a ton of time. The offer took two - three weeks to come through but overall a good experience.

Interview
They called me and asked if It wanted and interview. I was on time and waited for the manager to do the interview. He didn't ask many questions. Stated that they were busy and needed workers. I need a job so this was all fine with me. Next thing I knew it I was hired within the week.
